- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Estimated delivery: 5-14 business days after dispatch
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
- Soulskin is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party carriers once your order has been

- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, public holidays or
circumstances outside our control
- Soulskin is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier
- If your parcel is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking
number
- It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at time of order — we are unable to redirect
parcels once dispatched

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges once an order
has been placed and/or a product has been opened or used.
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if your product arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different
from its description, you are entitled to a remedy. In this case:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at soulskinau@gmail.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the fault or damage
- We will assess your claim and respond within 3–5 business days
- Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion
Soulskin reserves the right to assess each claim individually. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect
choice, or minor variations in colour or appearance due to screen display differences.
